We have the English Language Arts
portion of the PSSA testing completed.
This week we worked on completing some more attractions for our K’Nex
theme park. The whole group is working on other rides in addition to the ferris
wheel they constructed for the K’Nex competition.
The next Gifted Parent Advisory
Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 16th. We are planning to have students showcase
some of the projects and activities they worked on this year including our K’Nex
theme park attractions. Save the
date! I am hoping to see many of you and
your students at the meeting. It should
be a great way to show parents exactly what we’re doing, wrap up the year, and
set our sights on next year!
I also have some spring related STEM
activities planned for next week while we are in between ELA and Math portions
of the PSSA tests.
