The students are continuing to work on
their endangered animal projects. They are
beginning to transfer what they have researched to their projects (posters,
powerpoint presentations, lesson plans, etc.) to present the information
gathered to students in grades K through 2.
A field trip to the high school is being
planned. Hopefully, it will be a repeat
of the wonderful experience we had last year. We are looking forward to seeing what other
interesting opportunities the high school has to offer.
The K’nex stem challenge is in its
initial stages. The fifth grade team is
working with all of the gifted students to prepare the NSE entry. The students have come with some great ideas
and are anxious to start building.
