The endangered animal projects
are really taking shape. Students are continuing to work on their
projects (posters, powerpoint presentations, lesson plans, etc.) to present the
information gathered to students in grades K through 2.
A field trip to the high school
is scheduled for April 3rd. Information regarding this trip
will be going home soon. Hopefully, it
will be a repeat of the wonderful experience we had last year. We
are looking forward to seeing what other interesting opportunities the high
school has to offer.
The K’nex stem challenge is in
the building stages. The fifth grade team is working hard on our
environmentally friendly entry. The students are continuing to tweak
their design and are adding new ideas daily.
I am currently looking into a
trip to the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit Make Space. I will post details as they become available.
